Shipping Policy

KANNOA

Kannoa can arrange “curbside” and “white glove” deliveries or, any customer service including drop ship. Customer may also arrange his own shipment. Please note that KANNOA is not responsible for freight damages resulting from shipments. All goods are sold ExWorks our warehouse in Miami. All items are inspected by KANNOA and the shipping agents before items are shipped. Merchandise should be inspected as soon as it is received and all damages noted on the Bill of Lading before signing and reported directly to the shipping company. Special handling charges might apply to orders with especial packing requirement, (repack, special box, bubble wrap, crate, etc). All freight damage claims must be filed by the consignee directly with the shipping company.

 

HOMEROOTS

There are multiple Distribution Centers run by HOMEROOTS across US.

Some products might ship the same day or the following day. Within the United States and Canada, it typically takes 2–7 business days from the time your item is sent for a parcel to arrive. For LTL orders, delivery may take up to 21 days on average. These lead times are subject to fluctuate as carriers deal with personnel and delivery issues as a result of Covid-19. Please be aware that although we will make every effort to dispatch your products as soon as possible and to offer tracking information, once the packages leave our facilities, we rely on the carriers for delivery.

FedEx, UPS, and USPS typically deliver package orders without requesting a signature. However, LTL/White Glove Delivery does need a specific date and a delivery signature.

When we ship an order, we will send you an email with the shipment details and confirmation. Before the delivery date, the freight firm may call to make an appointment. To confirm a day and time that work for you, please email us at info@patioremix.com for further information.

Any claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be made through the carrier. Before signing freight bill, please inspect all boxes for damages. (Make sure the carrier signs freight bill for any damages).
