Return & Refund Policy
KANNOA
In the event that there is a faulty item, Kannoa guarantees replacement of the damaged piece (subject to availability) within 30 days of delivery date. For any opened/used items returned prior to the 30 day guarranty, there will be a 20% restocking fee applied to the sale. (customer is liable for all shipping charges). All "Special Orders" are final and return policy does not apply. Please note that it takes 7 to 10 business days for Kannoa to process returns and in the event that a refund is due, Kannoa reserves the right to process the refund 30 business days after the return is completed.
All "Return" issues must be sent in writing to info@patioremix.com.
All returns must be authorized by Kannoa Customer Service.
HOMEROOTS
We offer a 30-day manufacturer defect guarantee. Regardless of the reason, returns are only accepted with a return authorization number. Please send us an email at info@patioremix.com for further assistance.
Any returns for buyer's remorse must be sent back at your expense within 30 days of delivery, in the original packaging, and in sellable condition. Credits will be issued if items are returned and assessed to be in excellent condition at the warehouse. A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. Kindly send us an email prior making a return.
We refresh the inventory on the website every few hours. A product that is currently out of stock will be restocked. If replenishment date is available, we shall state it in the ETA field on the item's page. If not, e-mail info@patioremix.com and we'll let you know when the item becomes available for purchase.
All cancellation requests will be examined to see where the order is in the workflow and whether the cancellation window is still open. There may be restrictions on canceling orders that are already in transit, on the port, or on a truck. A 10% restocking fee and the cost of return shipping will apply if you ask for an order that is already on the dock, in a truck, or in transit to be rerouted.
For refused orders, a 10% restocking fee and return shipping will be charged.
ACME
We offer a 60-day manufacturer warranty for defects only. Normal wear and tear are not warranted. Visible damages not noted upon delivery will be determined to be customer damage and will not be warranted.
We only offer in house credit for returned items, there are no refunds. We will not accept any exchange or return on any used, previously displayed, or assembled merchandise.
Any claim for defective merchandise must be packed in Acme’s original boxes and without writing on the box.
Claims for defects or missing parts must be made within 60 days only. After 60 days there is no service. NO EXCEPTION.

There will be a 10% re-stocking fee for all returned items.
Please note that all sofa sales are final and are not eligible for return or exchange.
The original invoice must be presented for all damage claims, applicable for any damage claim.
